This new home offers a split floor plan with three of the four bedrooms being on the right side of the home sharing two bathrooms and the main king bedroom taking the left wing of the home, split in the middle by the living space, kitchen, and dining. The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this generous set up. For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted. The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and high-top table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything. The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat. From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious waterfall island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones. Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, lounging, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 8 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, or the possibility of cooking some delicious steaks on the BBQ. You can watch the wildlife in the canal or take a quick trip over to Crystal Lake Park. Any overage will be charged at $0.15 per kWh, based on meter readings. • If the home features an outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ, please note that the built-in grill is reserved for owner use only. A standalone gas BBQ will be available for guest use. • For bookings made through Airbnb, you will receive an additional email from Vesteva Vacation Rentals.
