Guest access Guests enjoy private, keyless access to the entire property using a secure entry code. All living spaces, amenities, and outdoor areas are exclusively yours during your stay. Please note that a few locked storage cabinets are reserved for the cleaning team and are not accessible to guests. Other things to note HOT TUB There is a $50/night fee to heat the hot tub to help offset the extra energy costs. Please let us know if you plan to use the hot tub in advance so we can ensure you are provided with the lock key. PETS We warmly welcome your furry friends, but the dog breed and any bite history MUST be disclosed during the booking process to comply with our home insurance. A fee of $50 applies per pet per night, with a maximum of 2 pets. A $500 fine applies for pets that are not disclosed at time of booking. For their safety and comfort, we kindly request that pets are crated when you are away from the home. Our fully fenced backyard provides a delightful space for your dogs to explore and enjoy! ADDITIONAL GUESTS Please note that only the numbers of guests on the booking are permitted to stay overnight, ensuring everyone’s safety and comfort. Any undisclosed guests beyond the number in the booking will incur an additional fee of $100 per guest per night. SMOKING This is strictly a non-smoking property (including the yard) with a $500 fine per violation. SECURITY This property includes security features such as smart locks, doorbells, and floodlight cameras for your safety and peace of mind. There are no parties allowed at this property (except with prior written consent & an event contract) and we ask you to maintain quiet hours from 10pm to 7am as a kindness to our neighbors. Any loud parties will be given one warning and then requested to leave immediately. Just a friendly reminder that the property has exterior security cameras and noise monitors to help ensure house rules and quiet hours are respected. There are no cameras inside the home. CHECK-IN/OUT For your convenience, early check-in/late check-out can be arranged for a fee, subject to prior approval. Please provide ample notice if you would like to arrange this. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $150 fine to ensure adequate availability for all our guests and compensate our cleaner for any rush jobs required. LONG TERM STAYS (30+ days) To ensure a comfortable and well-maintained space, we arrange for a professional cleaning every 30 days at a rate of $330, which will be billed separately. Utilities, including electricity, gas, and water, are covered up to $400 per month. Any usage beyond this amount will also be added to your total.
