Description

Spacious 5BR/5BA mountain retreat perfect for groups. Four master suites plus a bunk room provide room for everyone. Take in breathtaking long-range views while enjoying the heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, pickleball, and putting green. With nature at your doorstep and every creature comfort at hand, your group can relax, connect, and celebrate without ever leaving the mountain. Other things to note We’re happy to share our private outdoor pool during your stay. Because we’re at a higher elevation, it’s typically about five degrees cooler than in town and can be breezy at times. That means the pool can cool off overnight and may not always stay perfectly steady, especially early or late in the season. Our goal is to keep the water around 80°F from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., but temperatures can vary with weather and wind. We do our best to keep it comfortable, but heating the pool requires a significant amount of propane, so we ask guests who choose to have it heated to help offset those costs. This is completely optional and you will only be charged this IF YOU OPT IN. June – August: No Charge Warmest months. Pool generally stays near 78–80°F naturally with little or no heating needed. April – May, September – October: $100/day Mild or crisp mountain air. Pool usually reaches 78–80°F during the day but may cool overnight or on windy days. November – March: $150/day Cool to cold mountain weather. The pool can be heated, but temperatures may fluctuate and costs are high. Note that this is a PER NIGHT charge and will be requested before your arrival for the entirety of your stay. Due to inefficiencies, we don’t allow partial days. From our experience, it’s best to check the weather a few days before arriving. If you’re in one of the shoulder or cold months, we find that if there will be sunny days with temperatures in the mid to high 70s or higher, you typically will have a good experience heating it. If it’s going to be particularly cold, windy, cloudy, rainy….it’s generally not worth the effort.
