It is located in a perfect enclave to enjoy tourism in all its areas, since it is a very short distance from the most interesting places in Granada and province. 45 min. to Sierra Nevada, 35 min. to Playa Granada, 25 min. to the Alpujarra, 20 min. to the Alhambra, 15 min. to the Science Park, 10 min. to the Nevada Shopping Center, 5 min. from the center of Alhendin and only 2 min. from the highway. Pool out of service until June 1. The space Ground floor house with direct access to the garden and pool with two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen, fully preserving a rustic and comfortable style. It has all the necessary appliances to enjoy your stay without any problems, such as a coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, blender, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, hairdryer... The garden is carefully prepared to include a beautiful surface pool, a barbecue, swing area for the little ones, fountains, tables for eating and having a drink and padded loungers where you can sunbathe. You can enjoy the beautiful lighting in the garden while listening to the sound of water falling from the fountains. Ambient and very cozy light in the living room and kitchen to be able to watch a movie in its magnificent Homecinema and large 3-dimensional television with glasses. Free parking right in front of the house. BOTH THE RURAL HOUSE, THE POOL AND THE GARDEN AND THE SWING AREA, IS FOR TOTALLY PRIVATE USE FOR GUESTS. Guest access Guesthouse completely independent from the main house. The house, garden and pool are for private use. Possibility to rent sleds from €8 to €10 per day. Other things to note The house will be delivered in the same condition in which it was received. No pets are allowed. Smoking is allowed in the garden but not inside the house. The use of pyrotechnic material is prohibited. No noise after midnight. No unregistered persons are allowed to enter the house. In the event of uncivil attitudes, the contract will be canceled and the guest will lose the deposit and the payment.
