This luxury 3 bed/2 bath sea-view apartment features a open plan living room, modern equipped kitchen & huge penthouse terrace with a jacuzzi ! The space Bedrooms: Bedroom 1- Master bedroom with double bed, side tables, cupboards and en suite with w/c, sink and shower. A/C. Bedroom 2- Two single beds. Side table, cupboards and A/C Bed room 3- Double bed, side table, cupboards and A/C. Has a private entrance to the balcony. Second bathroom with w/c sink and shower. All bedrooms have individual air conditioning Bathrooms: En suite master bedroom with shower cubical and toilet. Second bathroom, also has shower cubical and toilet. Both fitted with shaver sockets. Towels are provided. Kitchen: Cooker with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster. Apartment also provides cutlery, glasses, cups, dinner set, pots and pans. Six seater dining room table and chairs. Utility Room: Mop and bucket, dust pan and brush, broom, iron, ironing board, clothes airier, washing machine. Living Rooms: The living room has 2x3 seater sofas, A/C, LCD TV, DVD player, iPod/radio station. The Living room leads out to the Patio which consists of outdoor table and chairs. A brand new indoor pool and restaurant / mini-market have also been opened in 2022 to add to the amazing facilities the site offers. Other things to note Please Note: To be respectful of our environment and to avoid excessive waste of resources, your booking includes an allowance of £5/day for electricity usage, which is more than sufficient for normal usage. Electric meter readings will be taken at start and end of stay; electricity usage over this allowance will be chargeable from the security deposit. An cleaning fee of £50 and £25 laundry fee will be added to each booking to maintain a high standard for the apartment.
