Stunning Hilltop Villa with Pool

Welcome to our beautiful villa situated in the hilltop village of Opio. The property is surrounded by olive and cypress trees, with breathtaking views of the valley and the Opio Golf course. It also overlooks the terraced gardens and private pool. It's an oasis of delight. The house is on 2 levels and has 3 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The master kingsize bedroom with ensuite is on the upper level. The pool is 10 x 4.5 m with teak sun loungers and the garden is over 3000 sqm. The space The house has an elegant 'Scandinavian' style, airy and bright, with flowers everywhere. The terrace is surrounded by bougainvilleas in bloom with amazing views of the oak trees in the valley down to the Opio Golf Club. The private pool is on the way down to the bottom meadow where hammocks and swings are awaiting for a relaxing afternoon immersed in nature. The owners occasionally use the separate garden level apartment. It is out of view. Please check if they plan to be there during your stay. Guest access Guests have private and exclusive access to the private pool and the gardens down to the meadow. Other things to note Many top choice places of interest are well within a short car journey from the house. For example, Gourdon (with its amazing views of the entire coast from Nice to Saint Tropez) is 15 min., the shopping and beaches of Antibes & Cannes are less than 30 min., Gréolières (higher up, beyond Gourdon) is 45 min., Frejus & Saint Raphael are 40 min., Saint Tropez is 55 min. while Monte Carlo, Menton & Ventimiglia across the Italian border are also under an hour away. We are totally focused on our guests feeling that they are well looked after. We offer you the use of our 2 stand up paddle boards for some fun in the sun. We will liaise with you a few weeks before arrival to make sure that you find grocery items available at the house for dinner the day you arrive and for breakfast the following morning. If our guests have particular requirements, such as dairy free or gluten free diets, we make sure that these needs are met. We offer a range of other add-ons, such as baby-sitting, paddle boarding lessons, etc. (charged separately).
