It has a light and peaceful sitting room where you can relax and enjoy the quiet while gazing at the beautiful scenery. It has a full fitted kitchen/dining area. It is fully functioning, with cooker, fridge and microwave. There is also a patio area where you can sit and enjoy the garden or a barbecue, weather permitting. Guest access The B&B is self contained and the all guests have access to private sitting room and kitchen - Bedroom 1 also has its own access door with ramp and low threshold entry suitable for wheelchairs. There is a patio outside which can be enjoyed in better weather or for those who smoke. Off road parking is also available. During your stay I will be there when guests arrive in order to ensure that they are welcomed and made comfortable. I will be on the premises and available for guests during their stay and happy to provide any assistance I can. Other things to note Wheelchair accessible with full low entry access, shower/wet room suitable for wheelchair access also. Doorways are wide enough for wheelchair.
