Play of light in the countryside - modern tranquility

Relax between the Fichtel Mountains and Franconian Switzerland, experience culture in nearby Bayreuth, feel good in our new and biologically renovated apartment!!! Our granny apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house and has a separate entrance. The fully equipped kitchen is available to the renter completely alone. We have designed our little oasis with a lot of heart and look forward to welcoming our guests! The space Guests in our house have 6 sleeping options in one room, consisting of a double bed, a sofa bed (180 to approx. 140) and two single beds, which can also be put together as a double bed as required. Additionally, we are happy to offer a children's travel bed! Instead of a TV, we offer a home theater atmosphere with a screen, projector and a great sound system, which can also be used via cell phone, tablet or laptop for listening to music. Wi-Fi is available free of charge and devices can also be connected via LAN. 2 cozy beanbags invite you to lounge and sit together comfortably. When furnishing, we paid attention to natural fabrics and materials because it is very important to us. The 80 square meter room is flooded with light from all sides and can also be beautifully darkened at night. All windows have fly screens and invite you to enjoy the untouched nature even with open windows. The apartment has a roof terrace on the west side, which is still under construction but will be completed soon (update to follow). Washing machine and dryers can be shared with us for an extra charge; soon we will also purchase appliances for the apartment. The bathroom has two sinks, a toilet and a large shower. Towels are provided and cleaned by us and are always fresh and ready. Our 4,000 square meter property offers enough parking and we are also happy to make space in our double garage if necessary (e.g. for motorcycles). The use of our trampoline in the garden is free and the rest of the garden can also be used!
