Beautiful, newly built cabin on quiet road perfect for your spring getaway. Your ideal home base for all the outdoor adventures that upstate NY has to offer. Shared lake access just 1/4 mile away. Unwind in your private hot tub under the stars after a day of adventure or cozy up by the pellet stove playing games or watching movies with loved ones. All basic cookware, utensils, soaps, clean linens & towels, and more provided for your convenience. Just bring your luggage! The space First Floor: Primary Bedroom with King bed and electric wall fireplace, walk in closet, and laundry area. Full bathroom with standard bath tub. Soaps, clean towels and bed linens provided. Kitchen with all basic cooking needs, open living and dining area with pellet stove and television. ** 5 Steps are REQUIRED to enter the house ** Second Floor/ Loft: Open loft area with 2 sets of full size bunk beds. (4 full size beds total.) Outdoor Area: Screened in porch with dining table, professionally maintained private hot tub (clean pool towels provided), propane grill and fireplace, golf cart available for summer use, shared lake access with kayaks and paddle boards provided approximately 0.4 miles away (walk or take golf cart to lake access point.) Guest access Digital key pad with different code for every group of guests for enhanced security. Other things to note Please note we have 2 cameras on the property; one pointed at the driveway and parking area, and the second facing the back patio area. Neither of these cameras can see anywhere inside the cabin. This property requires 5 stairs for access, and a full flight of stairs to access the loft area. This may not be suitable for the elderly or anyone with mobility limitations. The golf cart is only available between approximately April and October (as long as there is no snow or ice on the path to the lake) The designated lake access area as well as the kayaks and paddle boards are shared with 1 other rental property and 2 campsites.
