The Hobbit House, with its warm, charming design, has a king-size bed perfect for a couple, and we can comfortably arrange an extra single bed for a child if required. Riders Retreat The space A uniquely hand crafted hexagon bamboo house with a 300 sq feet bedroom , a unique bathroom , a deck with 360 degree view of Pawna lake and Tikona fort and a basement for cozy dinners. A hobbit house with double bed and a fine attached bathroom. A dedicated kitchen with all utensils , gas stove. An open area 500 sq feet for party and events between bamboo house, the hobbit house and kitchen. We also setup a tent if guests want to have an experience of camping in the same property without any extra charge. Caretaker coupe is available 24x7 at the property in case if help is needed for cooking. This property is developed by a hard core rider, nature and adventure lover. Perfect place for family and friends who loves quality time and get unforgettable experience with loved ones. We also arrange authentic foods cooked with firewood and clay pots on demand to provide ultimate experience of a forest retreat with extra charges. It’s a treat for riders and trekkers as one can ride around pawna lake exploring ghats and curves or trekking to Tikona fort. There is a paragliding spot nearby. Its availability depends on the weather conditions. Guest access This property is designed to have an experience of the whole property. We encourage a group of families and friends to get an experience of each corner of this property as it is curated with personal touch by the owner. Other things to note It is located at 2500 feet above the sea level so during winter the night temperature is about 13 to 15 degrees. Guests are advised to carry warm full sleeve clothing.
