Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. This home is pet-friendly for dogs only. Other animals are not permitted. This home allows a maximum of 2 dogs. Dogs must be kept on a leash in public areas, and guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste. Occupancy The maximum occupancy is flexible up to eight guests. Please note that the couch is not a pullout sofa.
