Modern wooden house on an idyllic village square

This tastefully furnished new building is located in the middle of the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. In a mixture of modern architecture and rustic wood look, the house presents itself on the edge of the village square, which is dominated by the charm of the former manor house. Surrounded by a few dozen old chestnut and lime trees, there is a timeless atmosphere over this scenery. The space The living area of the house gets its warm flair through a floor of oak planks. A modern, fully equipped kitchen offers all possibilities for experimental cooking artists. This area is equipped with induction hob, oven and dishwasher. A clay basic oven with integrated bench creates a pleasant warmth in the colder season that fills the whole house. A large wooden terrace, shaded by a large walnut tree, extends the living area outside. The house faces east, with plenty of sun until late afternoon. A garden with orchard and flower beds invites you to linger. Fruits and vegetables can also be shared by guests depending on the season. Fire bowl and barbecue area offer the opportunity to end the evening in a rural atmosphere. The house offers a bedroom with a double bed 140 x 200 cm (medium hard mattress) and another small bedroom, which can be equipped with a double bed 140 x 200 cm optionally with 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm). The bathroom and the toilet are each equipped with underfloor heating. The upper floor of the house is not yet usable, the staircase upstairs is blocked by a childproof door. The house is used by us as a holiday home, in the free times we offer it for rent this year for the first time. Some equipment details may not be quite right yet, so we are happy to take your suggestions and wishes into account.
