The space Our holiday house is located in a quiet area and it’s the perfect place for those who wish to spend their holiday in a pretty Istrian village in a surrounding of untouched nature, crystal clear sea, but still being close enough to all the attractions of the Istrian peninsula. You can enjoy in your outdoor barbecue, sipping wine and watching a stunning sunset on your covered terrace, refresh in your private pool while admiring a vast green area at your disposal. It is the perfect place where you can recharge your energy all in fully equipped and newly built houses with your private parking place. The villa is for up to 8 persons, has a total useful floor space of 195 m2 distributed in 3 floors (basement, ground floor and first floor), a partial sea view, a covered terrace with a table and chairs, a private pool, an outdoor shower, loungers, and an outdoor barbecue. The house has its private parking places. The house interior is a mixture of modern and classic, clean and extremely bright. It includes free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV and satellite channels in the living room, a dining room, air conditioning in each room, a safe, the washing machine and in the semi basement there are a billiard table and darts. The kitchen is new and fully equipped (oven, microwave oven, 4 cooking plates, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, fridge and freezer). The house has two comfortable bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (WC, bathtub/shower). Guest access Guests can enjoy in every single space of the house: the swimming pool, the garden and in all the interior places. Other things to note Fee per pet is 15€ per day. City tax fee per person: 1,35€ per person per day. Cleaning and registration are included in the price.
