Convenient, clean, comfortable furnished Queen bedroom in shared home on the 1st floor. Private keyed door. Desk w/ chair, RokuTV & mini fridge/freezer. Shared spaces on the 2nd floor - 1 full bath & additional dry kitchen w/ microwave toaster oven/air fryer, dishes etc & coffee bar. Off street parking available. This room is private but, in a shared home w/ possibly other guest and host and pets. Must be ok w/ character of an older home, people and pets. Please read full description. Thank you The space You will be occupying one bedroom in 125 year old family home. The furnished bedroom, Queen sized bed, mini fridge, TV, desk w/ chair, hooks and a few hangers. A shared full bathroom and dry kitchenette are located on the second floor of the home. There are approx 5 stairs to get into the home and 14 stairs to get to the second floor. This is one bed room is in a shared family style home, there maybe other guests and the host sharing the shared spaces with you. They will be possibly making noise, taking, laughing, using the bathroom or coming and going from the home you will share with them. The walls are not paper thin, I cannot guarantee complete silence all the time. There maybe doors opening and closing near your room. This is a family home and not a large hotel. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. I provide disposable ear plugs so please use them if you need! A large loving 10 yr old German Shepard lives in the home, she may bark as you and others come and go as you are a stranger to her and that’s what dogs do! She is accompanied by me and/or is in separate spaces from your space. If you are looking for complete silence please book elsewhere this is a family home with active living people and pets. Guest access Your bedroom. Shared full bathroom, sitting room with microwave, toaster/air fryer and coffee/tea bar etc. You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself at all times.
