We rent out our renovated, “Normandy farmhouse”-style family home, surrounded by greenery, located 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Villers-sur-Mer (beaches and shops 5 minutes away by car), and close to the “Vaches Noires” cliffs. Maximum capacity: 6/8 guests: max. 4 adults / max. 4 children, or max. 5 adults. The space Capacity for 6/8 guests: max. 4 adults / max. 4 children or a maximum of 5 adults. Ideal setting for weekends or family vacations favoring the calm, nature and pleasures of a seaside village. The house enjoys proximity to the towns of Houlgate (4 km), Deauville/Trouville (9 km) and Cabourg (9 km) and shops 1 km away. Not overlooked, unobstructed views of the countryside with meadows and woods views. Front facade exposure: west / Rear and side facade (Swimming pool): South / South East. The house has the advantages and disadvantages of a regularly occupied house: no impersonal "show home" type decoration or 100% big Swedish brand furniture, but family furniture and decorations that we ask you to take care of. Use of the swimming pool is offered from early May to mid-September, the rest of the time it is out of service. Towels, sheets (beds made on arrival) and small linen provided. Pool towels are not included. The cleaning fee applied includes the exit cleaning fee and the laundry fee (sheets and towels). Security deposit/mandatory deposit during the stay.
