Their North East orientation allows you to have the sun in the morning and to have a shaded terrace as you go, while giving you direct access to the elevated wooded area that remains sunny throughout the day... Your children will be able to play safely, the land being enclosed and spacious enough with its different spaces so that you can also enjoy the outdoors in peace! This 118 m² gîte, with a capacity of 7/8 beds, is composed of: On the ground floor • a large kitchen/living room with bay window on the terrace • a living room opening to the outside, with 1 sofa and 3 armchairs and a wood-burning stove • a separate shower room and toilet • a bedroom with 1 double bed • a private garden with barbecue and garden furniture Upstairs • one bedroom with 3 adult beds 90 x 190 • one bedroom with a separable double bed 2 x 80 x 200 and an extra bed (convertible armchair 80 x 200) • a shower room and a separate toilet An outdoor shelter can accommodate and protect bicycles or motorcycles. The closed pebble courtyard allows you to park your vehicles. Possibility of bike rental Guest access The 2 cottages have a ground floor facilitating access for people with reduced mobility, however, note the presence of a step between the living room and the kitchen of each of the cottages. Other things to note The gîte has 3 bedrooms: - on the ground floor, 1 bed 140 - upstairs, a bedroom with 3 single adult beds 90 x 190 - upstairs, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed (separable into 2 x 80 x 200) and an extra armchair bed measuring 80 x 200 So it has 7 beds + an extra bed for 1 additional person.
