Heated pool (May to mid-September), sauna, gym, wood-burning stove, ping pong table, equipped kitchen. The house is on the edge of the charming, characterful village of Villiers-sous-Grez, 1 hour from Paris by car or by train (Bourron-Marlotte or Nemours train stations 5 km away, Fontainebleau 15 km away). On the ground floor, you can enjoy a very nice living room with a large living room equipped with a wood-burning stove, opening to the outside thanks to two large French windows.
