Coming to Troy for a special event? A great place to stay for graduations, weddings, special family events, Troy Strawberry Festival, or any reason you need a few days to have your own space. Open for minimum 2 night stay Starting Mid-April 2026 thru Mid-August 2026. Between the two hospitals. Very close to downtown Troy, Troy High School, Troy Christian, Hobart Welding, & Strawberry Festival. Bike path access at the back of the yard. Home away from home...skip the hotel. The space 2 bed 1 bath fully refreshed with new furnishings March 2025. Fully ready eat- in kitchen, laundry, large living room, wifi, smart TV and off street parking right at your doorstep. Located on N. County Rd 25 A, access to downtown, all the local attractions and schools, the I-75 interstate, and the bike path out back make this an ideal place to stay for any reason. This is in a multi-use area with homes, businesses, and churches dotting the county road without being in the more crowded downtown area. The apartment is the only living space in this building. The downstairs is our small non commercial business. Your access is private on you own side of the building. Guest access Your staircase lands you at your own private balcony and everything inside the apartment is yours to use. If you happen to be in town and have nice weather, there are lawn chairs under the deck, a propane grill under the stairs, and a bench out under the huge backyard tree at the edge of the Bikepath/Great Miami Recreational Trail. Other things to note We list this as a 4 person (due to 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed), but if you have a larger family or extra kids just let us know. We won't refuse your booking. It would sleep two couples well, but the living space has plenty of room to set up blow up mattresses, etc. if you choose to bring those!
