Welcome to our country cottage, a guesthouse where you can relax, unwind, unplug, and enjoy our beautiful backyard and inground pool. Located in rural village called Quakake, we are nearby lots of stuff to do in northeastern Pennsylvania including visiting the Amish, brewery tours, antiques, train rides, historical downtown areas, amusement parks, hiking and more! Enjoy all of the tourist attractions, or stay in the cottage and simply relax! This is a No smoking and Pet free airbnb. Thanks! The space Welcome to our country cottage in the village Quakake. This is a shared property. There is a main house and you will be staying in the smaller guest house. Unplug, unwind and relax in our rural retreat. Enjoy taking a stroll around the village in the morning or evening. Or go outside and relax in our beautiful backyard and take a dip to cool off in the inground pool. We are centrally located to lots of tourist attractions in northeast Pennsylvania. When you enter the house, you will find a full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, stove, and everything you need. If you need to wash any items, there is a back door that goes into the garage where there is a washer and dryer. (Please keep in mind, it is a garage area, not a finished room). We have a full bathroom downstairs, equipped with towels, bath supplies, iron and ironing board. Next, you will find a sofa to recline on and a dining table for eating. Go up the steps into the loft area and you will find a comfortable living room with a TV and a futon that can be folded down to sleep 2. Enter into the bedroom and you will find a comfortable king size bed as well as a walk-in closet for all of your stuff. There is also a desk in the corner of the bedroom for a designated workspace. We leave welcome snacks, and a guidebook for you on your arrival. The house comfortably fits 4 people. (Children included). Two people on the futon and two people on the king bed. We require no smoking and no pets. However, due to federal Americans with Disability laws, we are happy to accommodate guests with disabilities who have a licensed service animal that aid them in their daily tasks. Beyond these wonderfully trained animals, we do not accommodate any other animals or pets. Thank you so much! We know you will have a wonderful stay and leave rested and relaxed! Guest access Guest has access to the cottage, the backyard, the pool area, and the side of the house for parking. Accommodations are for maximum of 4 people. This is a shared property. There is no access to the main house or the driveway. No food or drink is allowed inside the fenced in pool. If you should use the pool floats please put them back when you are done. Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 9 AM. The only animals allowed on site are for disabled Americans who have a licensed service animal that aids them in their daily tasks. If this is you, we require you bring your own bedding as they are not allowed on the furniture or bed. The Animal must be with you at all times to assist with your disability and not left unattended in the yard or cottage.
