Apartment close to center of town in a quiet area

In a nice old very quiet neighborhood we have a lovely comfy apartment, within a 5 minute walking from the center of town, the swimming pool or the mall. The apartment has one bedroom with three single beds. The living room has a big sofa that comfortably sleeps two persons. Fully equipped kitchen, brand new bathroom and our WiFi is now new and improved. Just in front of the apartment there is a private parking space for our guests. The space In the very heart of Akureyri, yet in a very quiet and green neighborhood we rent out this nice apartment. It is a very popular in the summer and also the winter season because it is close to the ski resort in the mountains and the center of town as well. We live upstairs so we can always help you out if you need, but we respect our guests privacy so you do not need to know we are there. The apartment has one bedroom, one living room, a kitchen and is very well equipped. It is suited for 2-5 guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed for 2 people, a closet and a night table. When needed we add a single proper bed there also. The living room has a sleeping couch, a radio and a TV with over 100 channels and movies and shows on demand. In the well equipped kitchen there is a dining table, a microwave, washing machine, coffee machine and more for your convenience. There are a choice of supermarkets nearby. The bathroom has a toilet and a shower. We provide free access to our wireless internet connection and a internet connected PC computer. Outside there is a little sitting area in the garden. There is a private parking place and many other things. THE AREA The location is the best, it it peaceful even though it takes just five minutes to walk to the center, the public pool and the shopping mall. You will be hearing birds sing and next to no traffic noise. Guest access Free WiFi, TV, Private parking, cot for infants, children and/or infant chair and lots more, the apartment is fully equipped. Other things to note New for 2018 we have exchanged the dishwasher in the kitchen for a washing machine because we find our guest on long tours of Iceland need to have access to a washing machine and we are happy to comply. Also we have updated our wireless internet with a Unifi wireless network that provides better connection and stability. Even though we are small and only renting out one apartment in our house we have an operating licence for a guest apartment and we are proud to go above and beyond complying with the quality requirements issued by the Icelandic government. I recommend catching a concert at a local venue "The Green Hat" if possible.
