The space RV Campsite 1 includes full hook-ups: Water Sewage 1- 30 Amp connection 1- 120v connection Private fire pit (following local fire rules & restrictions) We are not sure why the listing says "1 bed & half bath" We do not offer a bed or bath. This listing is for an RV pad as listed above. Guest access This property has 2 different RV pads on site. Each pad with their own water, sewage, power, and fire pit. The only shared area is the driveway in and out. If you have a large group with more than one RV/Camper, please book our 2nd listing on the same property. Other things to note Camp fire protocol: Each day you plan to build a fire, guests will need to call the La pine fire district for the current burn information. A burn permit will be provided on the premises. The property is just over 1 acre in size. The back 1/3 is "a work in progress". It is currently mid-construction so please do not enter this zone for your safety. There will NOT be any type of construction work being done during your stay.
