Located in a quiet and residential area, directly on the beachfront, my apartment offers a stunning sea view with access to a private beach. The apartment is clean, and designed for comfort and relaxation, making it the perfect getaway from the busy city. Guests will have access to a private beach . Perfect for enjoying the sea, sunsets, and a peaceful atmosphere. 🙏😊 The space Template: • The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. • It includes [2] bedrooms and can accommodate up to [4 to 5] guests. • Features: → bedrooms with Air conditionings → The living room includes a dining table, two sofas, and an armchair. → Kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, a stove with oven, a microwave, and a kettle. → WiFi → Smart TV → The balcony has a table and four chairs. → Clean bathroom with shower and towel and hairdryer • The place is well-maintained, clean, and designed for comfort. Guest access Guests have access to the private beach that the apartment overlooks. They also have access to the gym and the crossfit area; however, prior notice is required before using these facilities. 🤙🏽 Other things to note (Surfing) 🌊🏄‍♂️🏄 is available on site with a professional instructor. This is offered at an additional cost depending on the guest’s level (beginner or advanced). Surfboards are also available for rent. (Learning )📝 Arabic language lessons are also available, as well as courses in English and German. These are offered at a lower cost compared to standard language schools. And it’s important also if you are egyption or Arabs , you should have a marriage certificate. 😊
