Villa Lyons is a modern, 2019-built villa near Marsaxlokk and Marsaskala, one of three connected villas (with Chossie and Mercury) forming a private complex ideal for large groups. It has a billiard table, a pool with countryside views, and five en-suite bedrooms across three levels, including a top-floor suite with sweeping views. Sleeps up to 10. The space Villa Lyons is spread across three levels. The ground floor has an open-plan living room with a billiard table, a spacious kitchen and dining area overlooking the pool, and a bathroom. The first floor has four en-suite, air-conditioned bedrooms, all with views. The top floor is a private suite with a large window looking out over the Maltese countryside. In total: five bedrooms (two doubles, three twins) and six bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, and all utensils and cutlery, and every room has a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. Outside, a rectangular private pool (8.3m x 4.5m) is surrounded by ten sun loungers and a charcoal BBQ, with parking on-site for two to three cars. Guest access Guests have full access to the villa across all three floors, the pool and terrace, billiard table, BBQ area, and on-site parking (2–3 cars).
