Villa Lyons - Private pool modern villa with views

This is one of the three villas built in 2019 forming part of a villa complex; this means that we can cater for large groups within the complex. Other villas are Villa Mercury and Villa Chossie all offering spectacular view of the Maltese countryside. The space The ground floor of this villa consists of a parking space for two or three cars, an open plan sitting/living room with a billiard table, a spacious kitchen/dining area overlooking the pool and a bathroom. At upper level, there are the bedrooms all with views, en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioned. Most of the rooms are facing a spectacular view of the Maltese countryside. This villa was finished to very high standards with free WiFi accessible from all rooms and air-conditioning (coin operated with €10 daily given free) in all rooms. The location itself in another asset as it is close to Marsaxlokk and Marsascala. Marsaxlokk being the fishing village having the best restaurants while Marsascala is a quaint seaside village ideal for morning jogs or swimming in the crystal-clear water. Pets - Villa is pet friendly however an extra charge of €75/pet for the whole stay apply. Please note that this villa is a self catering villa meaning that guests will take care of any daily needs by themselves which can be easily bought from the nearby supermarkets/groceries shops. We will provide 1xToilet paper & 1x hand soap bars in each bathroom.
