Previously on the top floor of the property, the bedrooms were connected by the top, that has changed. Now on the top floor there are three separate bedrooms, with their split air conditioning and heat pump. That same floor has a bathroom with a bathtub. Our location in the countryside has its own natural charms, such as the proximity to chickens and roosters, which provide a touch of rural life and authenticity. It is a perfect place to disconnect from the urban hustle and bustle, although, as expected, nature also brings with it its peculiarities such as some insects, which are an inevitable part of enjoying the charm of this country experience, although we regularly fumigate to minimize that incidence. You will have access to all the areas of the Villa, although the pool will be enabled from April to October (months included). Please bring towels for the pool. The Villa provides towels for guests, but for use inside the Villa. There are exclusive towel racks in the pool area, so please do not hang towels on the safety fence. The Villa has a Jacuzzi, which is installed in the ground floor bathroom at no additional cost. VERY VERY IMPORTANT!! It will only be available upon request on the same day of booking, since we must leave it prepared in time for your use and enjoyment. After the request, you will receive a user guide, which must be respected for proper operation. In the event of any breakdown due to misuse, the cost of repair will be claimed.
