Character house with pool near St Emilion

Located in a village of the Entre Deux Mers, surrounded by vineyards, this beautiful house of character, in rubble, completely renovated, with heated outdoor salt pool of 10.5 m*4.5 m and hot tubs, will allow you to pleasantly discover the region of Saint-Emilion and its castles (17 km), the magnificent city of Bordeaux, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site (40 min), the Arcachon Basin and the Dune du Pyla (1 h 15 min), the Atlantic coast and the nearby Périgord. The space Ideal for bike rides, the bike path that connects Sauveterre de Guyenne to the Atlantic coast through woods, fields, vineyards, passes a stone's throw from the house and Bordeaux. The house sleeps 8 people (possibility of 10 beds with 2 people in the sofa bed in the living room of the outbuilding) spread over the main house and an outbuilding. On the other hand, the whole, that is to say the main house, the outbuilding and the swimming pool, is only rented to one tenant and can, therefore, be also perfect for two families of friends or "two generations", traveling together, who, while wishing to share their vacation can do so independently. We don't live there. You are therefore alone to enjoy the entire property. The main house with dovecote (18th) consists of a large open equipped kitchen and a large living room forming the living room, another "cozy" TV/Wifi living room located in the dovecote, a bedroom in the attic with a bed of 160 and its private bathroom, two bedrooms, dovecote side, each comprising 2 beds of 90 (possibility in the bedroom of the 2nd floor to make 2 beds a bed for 2 people of 180). Both bedrooms are respectively equipped with a shower and a sink. The large house has 2 independent toilets, one on the ground floor of the large house, another on the landing of the 1st floor of the dovecote. The outbuilding, located just in front of the house, includes a kitchen equipped with table and chairs, a master bedroom with 1 bed of 160, 1 en-suite bathroom + toilet, and a small living room equipped with a sofa bed allowing the sleeping of 1 to 2 people (ideal for children). The house has a high chair for children and a baby bed to accommodate the little ones. Three beautiful stone and wood terraces surround the main house, two of which overlook a valley that is not overlooked. On the stone terrace you can enjoy a pleasant breakfast in the rising sun. At noon, you will have lunch in the shade of hazelnut trees on one of the wooden terraces overlooking the valley. During the day, the sunny terrace of the swimming pool also overlooking the valley will welcome you and from which you can, comfortably seated in an outdoor lounge, admire a superb sunset. Upon arrival, free outdoor parking spaces are at your disposal and to immediately enjoy your stay, the beds will be made and towels will be at your disposal. Guest access Even if our village has a 100% digitalized grocery store open 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, and a bread distributor, a car is essential to be autonomous in the region. Upon arrival, free outdoor parking is available on the land adjacent to the house and part of the property. Bicycles are available in the basement of the house: they will allow you to travel around the area and enjoy the bike path. Other things to note There is of course a BBQ ;-)! The 10.5 m x 4.5 m salt pool is heated and includes a spa area with a whirlpool bath.
