It does not block the ocean view, and evenings are quiet. Maximum occupancy is 6 registered guests due to building rules. For everyone’s safety and privacy, visitors who are not registered are not allowed in the building. Guests will receive their unique access code prior to check-in, ensuring a smooth and secure arrival. Upon entering the building, all guests must still check in at reception and present a valid ID or passport, as required by the condominium administration. Requirements for Minors (Strict Building Policy) All minors must present official documentation, such as: • Civil Registration (Registro Civil) • ID card (Tarjeta de Identidad) • Passport If a minor is not traveling with their parents, a notarized authorization letter from the parents or legal guardian must be presented at registration. Only registered and verified guests are permitted inside the building — visitors are not allowed per building policy. It includes rules on noise, pool use, visitors, safety, and general behavior within the property. 👶 Requirements for Minors All minors must present official documentation at check-in (Civil Registration, ID, or Passport). If a minor is not traveling with their parents, a notarized authorization letter from the parents is required. 🚫 No Visitors Allowed Per building regulations, temporary renters cannot receive visitors or additional guests who are not registered in advance. 🌀 Awning Use (Important) Our balcony features a motorized awning. To protect the equipment: Please avoid repeated opening/closing cycles, as the motor may overheat and shut down temporarily. Do not force the awning if it pauses; it will reset after cooling. This prevents damage and ensures the awning works throughout your stay. ❄️ Air Conditioning Use (Prevent Damage) To keep the AC running efficiently and avoid mechanical damage: Turn off all AC units when leaving the apartment. Do not leave the balcony door open while any AC unit is running — this can cause the system to overwork and may lead to failure. Keep filters and vents unobstructed. 🧳 Luggage & Arrival Notes The building does not offer luggage storage services If you arrive early or depart later, you may use common areas after completing registration, but all luggage must remain with you at all times There is no bell service, so guests are responsible for handling their own luggage 🐾 No Pets Allowed The building does not allow pets for short-term renters or guests. 🔑 Check-in & Security The apartment uses a digital smart lock; your unique code will be sent before check-in.
