An 80 sq.m. house, combining the traditional architecture of Skyros with all the modern comforts, where white embraces stone and wood, just five minutes walk from the main square and the paved narrow streets of Skyros. The space The house has a large living room with both modern and traditional elements, including wood-carved furniture, embroidery and ceramics, a spacious kitchen with all the appliances and a mezzanine consisting of the wood-carved traditional Skyrian loft at the front, which can accommodate up to 3 people, a separate room with a double bed, and a WC. A second larger bathroom with a shower can be found on the ground floor, while the courtyard of the house is ideal for relaxation, especially during the hours when the sun goes down. The area offers easy access to free street parking space, while a supermarket, many shops, pharmacy, as well as taxis and local buses offering easy transportation are located within walking distance from the house. The most famous and organised beaches of the island (Magazia and Molos) are approximately a 30’ walk through a beautiful scenery that allows great views of Skyros.
