My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups. The space Immersed in the peace and warm colors of the countryside between Tuscany and Umbria, Villa Paola rises at the foot of the ancient Etruscan city of Cortona, only 5 km from the historic one hundred. Here you can enjoy a vacation from other times and find places of memory: images, scents and forgotten emotions. The late 19thcentury building has returned to its former splendour with careful restoration by its current owners. The villa is tastefully furnished, in perfect harmony with terracotta ceilings and floors and has been equipped with all modern comforts: air conditioning, satellite TV, dishwasher, etc. The same paints, in harmony with the colors of the countryside, contribute to make every environment warm, welcoming and exclusive. The sleeping area consists of 10 bedrooms , but can comfortably accommodate up to 25 people. The double or twin bedrooms, comfortable, bright and with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside are located on the various floors: 2 on the ground floor; 3 on the first floor; 3 on the second floor and 2 on the beautiful attic complete with loft with two-seater sofa bed. The premises once used as a cellar now house the dining room and the adjacent fully equipped kitchen. The location adds a particular charm to the structure: surrounded by orchards and crops, even in the hottest hours it enjoys a pleasant wind that cradles the hammocks among the trees of the park in which the swimming pool equipped with gazebos, sunbeds and umbrellas is located. Ideal place to enjoy beautiful sunrises and breathtaking sunsets, Villa Paola is not far from the most beautiful Tuscan and Umbrian art cities such as Florence, Siena,Arezzo, Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Lake Trasimeno,Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Orvieto, Spoleto.
