A new, modern, cozy house is located 150m from Sinyavinsky Lake and 800m from the Baltic Sea. Fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is combined with a living room with access to the terrace. There are three bedrooms with balconies on the second floor. The house has two bathrooms - on the ground floor there is a guest bathroom, on the second floor there is a large bathroom. The stairs are protected from small children. We supply our guests with bed linen and towels. The maximum number of guests is 6 people.
