The tourist tax must be paid directly during the online check-in procedure. HOUSE AND POOL REGULATIONS ⸻ 1. Check-in and Guest Identification The property does not have an on-site reception, and access is provided through self check-in. For this reason, it is mandatory to complete the online check-in procedure through the Italian Vacation Homes (IVH) platform before arrival. This procedure allows us to correctly identify and register all guests before granting access to the property. Access instructions and entry codes are provided only after the online check-in has been completed. The platform is secure, and all personal data and identification documents are processed in accordance with the GDPR and applicable data protection regulations. The full Privacy Policy is available at the beginning of the procedure and can be reviewed before proceeding. Every guest must have a valid identification document, regardless of age. This requirement also applies to children and infants. The online check-in must be completed for every guest included in the reservation before arrival. ⸻ 2. Pool Rules 2.1. The pool is open seasonally from May 15th to September 30th each year. 2.2. Pool opening hours: 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM. 2.3. Quiet hours are from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. During this time, guests may use the pool and solarium area, provided they do not cause any disturbance. 2.4. Swimming is unsupervised. Children under 12 years old may enter the pool area only if accompanied and supervised by a parent or authorized adult. 2.5. For hygiene reasons, guests are required to wear open footwear (such as clogs, flip-flops, or sandals) in the pool and solarium areas, swimming cap is mandatory. 2.6. Guests must shower before entering the pool, and access to the water must be made via the designated ladder. 2.7. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the pool and solarium areas. 2.8. It is forbidden to introduce any substances that may contaminate the pool water. 2.9. Children under 3 years old and anyone physiologically incontinent must wear containment swimwear. 2.10. Diving is prohibited. The pool has a constant depth of 1.39 meters; diving is dangerous and may cause injuries. 2.11. Large inflatable toys are not allowed, except for safety devices such as armbands or life jackets. 2.12. Only plastic cups and bottles are allowed in the pool and solarium area. Do not spill drinks on the ground, and no food consumption is allowed in this area. 2.13. Sunbeds cannot be reserved with towels or personal items if not in actual use. Unattended sunbeds may be cleared and made available to other guests. ⸻ 3. Liability and Penalties 3.1. The management declines any responsibility for the temporary unavailability of the pool due to force majeure, malfunction, maintenance, or other events beyond the property’s control. 3.2. No refunds or compensation will be issued if the pool cannot be used in such circumstances. 3.3. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in penalties, including restricted access to common areas. ⸻ 4.
