The apartment is part of a rustic older in the village of Montecchio from 1750, fully restored, it is furnished in an old style with a large fireplace, beams and exposed stones. It is equipped with a bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the ground floor in a small courtyard it is ideal for families and children, with the possibility of easy walks and trips in nature, stables, trails for bicycle enthusiasts. Very close to the city and Lake Garda,and about 1.30 Venice, Brescia,Milan, Bologna. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor with exposed beams and stones and a double bed of ' 800, is equipped with a full kitchen,fridge, TV,wifi. Immersed in nature among olive trees and vineyards of Valpolicella and its wineries. Very close to the city of Verona , the Arena, the Balcony of Juliet and Romeo, Lake Garda, Gardaland , Terme Di Colà ,Zoo Safari. Guest access The court can be used but is for everyone and you can park in front of the house. Other things to note The possibility to sleep and stay even for long periods of vacation in a cool place, silence, away from the confusion but with the possibility in 15 minutes to be in the city center, in Arena with its Opera Opere Liriche and Concerts Pop, Juliet and Romeo, Piazza Erbe, Lake Garda, Gardaland, Enoteche to buy Vino Amarone, Valpolicella, Prosecco.
