The apartment is on the ground floor of a separate house of a listed farm, in a common courtyard with the owner's home. It has two double bedrooms, one with a dining area, a bathroom with a toilet, a sink, a shower. The separate kitchen has an entrance from the courtyard. It is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, electric double cooker with oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, tea, coffee, outdoor seating. All rooms have entrances from the courtyard. Suitable for seasonal short-term stays from May to September. The space The building is suitable ONLY for seasonal accommodation May-September, it is not basemented. Although it is equipped with direct heaters, in cold weather the rooms do not heat up sufficiently. The owner prefers stays of up to 1 week. Guest access Guests can move around the grassy yards, use the garden seating, including a simple grill with the appropriate equipment (charcoal, wood chips, grilling grids, skewers for roasting sausages). Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked on the farm premises, cars outside the gate, parking is free. Other things to note There is no shop in the village, the nearest is in the central village of Slabce about 7 km. The local inn is open Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 6-9 pm, no food. The refreshment stand Na Statku, Rousínov 3 is on the outskirts of the village, in the direction of Rakovník. Outside next to the property there is a children's playground with a slide, swings and simple play elements for the little ones. The playground for older children is adjacent to it. There is a CycloRoust e-bike rental in the village.
