This small apartment is attached to the garage and surrounded by a white fence and plumbago bushes. The inside is painted in a vibrant blue and a short walk down to the dock will let you enjoy beautiful sunsets. At the lake you can enjoy the dock and a kayak or great fishing. It will take you 45 minutes to drive to the attractions and you are about an hour away from both the west and east coast beaches. This home is perfect for visiting triathletes, fishermen, or mx riders or a small family. The space This apartment is in the same building as our garage. You will have your own private garage to use. The garage is freestanding from our main house. You will be sharing our waterfront and may use the kayaks down by the dock. There is also a hammock where you can enjoy the sunset down by the lake. Due to severe allergies in our family this home is not suitable for pets. Other things to note We will not be able to accommodate pets. We have severe allergies in the family.
