Immersed in the tranquility and surrounded by cypress trees and olive groves, it's just steps from Leonardo's birthplace and a 5-minute drive from Vinci, where you can relax by the pool or explore Tuscany's major cities, all about an hour's drive away. The space This independent apartment features a private veranda entrance, a large bedroom with three comfortable beds—a double and a large single—a full bathroom, and a separate eat-in kitchen. From the veranda table, you can enjoy sunset aperitifs overlooking Tuscany or summer breakfasts in complete privacy. The thick walls of this apartment will keep you cool even when the temperatures outside are high. Just steps from the apartment, you'll find the swimming pool with a view in the large, tree-lined garden. Guest access From the private veranda you have direct access to the garden, adjacent to the property's parking lot and to a second large terraced garden equipped with a table, barbecue, and hammocks, where the swimming pool with shower and sun loungers is located. Other things to note The property accepts pets as long as they are well-behaved and quiet, and do not harm our animals. We have three dogs, two males and a female, all good-natured. We have free-roaming turtles in the garden, a small chicken coop, and a horse that lives adjacent to the garden. Dogs must be kept on a leash outside the property.
