Luxury Home Private Room With Large Private Bathroom, The home is a very quiet relaxing space and the guest room is on the other side of the home giving a lot of privacy. The home is right by the neighborhood park, running and biking trails and only a five minute drive to the Denver Premium Outlets along with a large outdoor mall “Orchard Town Center” which has lots of restaurants and shopping. You’re also close to Lifetime Fitness and Trail Winds Recreation Center. The home is setup with more of a small private hotel feel giving you lots of privacy with your own private door code on your room and bathroom. You will have a private Guest Room, a large private bathroom with two sinks along with shared access of the kitchen and laundry room. Your Guest Room has a private mini fridge / freezer, microwave, TV with Roku & DVD player with Netflix, Hulu, Iron, luggage rack, hangers, dresser, hair dryer, etc. You will have your own private room, large private bathroom and Shared access of the Kitchen and Laundry Room. We travel a lot for work so you may see us during your stay coming or going and other times you may not see us at all depending on our travel plans. It's a brand new neighborhood with walking trails, a park with a view of the entire valley, and just moments away from Denver Premium Outlets and Orchard Town Center Mall with lots of shopping and restaurants. The property is also close to Lifetime Fitness and Trail Winds Recreation Center. It’s a quiet safe neighborhood so street parking is very easy and safe. We just ask you ensure you’re not blocking or in any driveways. If you desire to take public transit you can take the train from the EASTLAKE stop to anywhere in the Denver area with connecting train to the airport and that stop is a quick 8 Minute Uber ride away from the home.
