Our Rehwiese 21 is located in the middle of a protected landscape area. Various waters, cycling and hiking trails are very close. With the large terrace, its own small pool, the spacious kitchen and the open room design, our Rehwiese 21 offers pure nature with a touch of luxury. Directly from the property you can hike into the forest or just enjoy the great nature from the terrace. Also suitable for relaxed work. Wi-Fi is available. The space In this vacation home - the "Rehwiese 21" - you can enjoy pure nature with a touch of luxury. In the middle of the landscape conservation area. The ground-level bungalow with approx. 60 m² of living space is divided into a large living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. On the large terrace with wooden floor you can enjoy the beautiful nature. A pool for your own use is located on the adjacent outdoor area of about 300 m². In front of the bungalow there is space to park two cars. In the living room there are two leather sofas, a dining table and a TV. The first bedroom has a double bed and underfloor heating. The second bedroom has two single beds. The large bathroom also has underfloor heating, hot and cold water, a spacious shower, toilet and sink. A washing machine, clotheshorse, etc. for drying your laundry or bathing suits are in a separate extension. The large, open kitchen invites you to cook and bake. A microwave and a modern fridge with freezer compartment can also be found here. Since it is important to us that you can indulge in cooking and grilling to your liking during your vacation, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, etc. Toaster, coffee maker and kettle complete the facilities. Behind the hut there are about 300 m² of green space available, which ends directly at the forest. For grilling, you will find a grill in another extension along with charcoal, lighters and barbecue cutlery. The pool is available for your exclusive use. If you have a four-legged companion with you, a mobile dog fence ensures safety. Rehwiese 21 is located in the landscape conservation area and is therefore not fenced! The mobile dog fence of approx. 20 meters only helps to fence the terrace. The entire outdoor area cannot be fenced off. The Rehwiese 21 is therefore only something for dogs or dog owners who can ensure that the dog remains on site - even without a fence. If your four-legged friend is with you, please bring your own blankets, bedding and sheets to protect the furniture and pull them over the bed and couch. Bicycles can be brought or booked here on site, as well as a dog trailer. Other things to note A deposit of 100 euros is payable on arrival and will be returned to you on the day of departure. You can rent bicycles and yoga mats from us if necessary, as well as flipcharts and presentation walls if you need presentation materials to work.
