Donington Park EMA | One bed studio with balcony

Just a 10 minute walk from Donington Park's main entrance, The Loft is a great base for one or two people to stay comfortably. This one-bed , well-equipped self-contained studio is built in the eaves of our garage building and has kitchen / eating area, shower room, TV and superfast broadband. Enjoy beautiful garden and countryside views from a large private balcony. Parking for up to 2 cars / motorbikes. We are close to East Midlands Airport and Donington Park so expect noise from these sites. The space The Loft is brilliantly located for events at Donington Park and is just a 10 minute walk to the main entrance. The space is divided into a bedroom area with adjacent shower room (with electric shower). There is hanging and drawer space to make yourself at home and a comfy king-size bed. The windows have black out lining to help you get a good night's sleep. The living space is 'open plan', with a kitchen area that includes kettle, toaster, hob and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge, as well as plenty of glasses, plates and cooking equipment. In the living area, there is a comfy sofa and a TV. Our Wifi speed is excellent. There is no washing machine in The Loft but we are happy to offer access to this in the main house for a small fee, should you urgently need it. Please note that The Loft is built within the eaves of our garage building. It feels spacious but guests should be advised that, as would be expected in a roof space, the ceilings do slope. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the space, we cannot accept children or infants in The Loft. Nor do we accept pets in The Loft although we do permit pets in our other listing (The Barn). From The Loft's private balcony you'll get fantastic views of the surrounding countryside and our garden where you should be able to spot lots of birds, ducks, moorhens and maybe even the Kingfisher and Heron who love the pond. Guest access Guests are welcome to explore our garden but please be mindful of the deep pond and that our dogs, if they are outside, will likely want to investigate with you. We’re always happy to recommend local walks, especially ones that visit local pubs, and there are plenty of local guides and information in The Loft.
