Tree house and house sleeps 8 Located approximately between Mont Sutton ski and Bromont. Rooms with Netflix: *Treehouse *Pink room *living room has Disney Bluetooth speaker in living room as well as surround sound. Bluetooth speakers in the treehouse. Spa outside Outdoor barbecue. Air jet bath tub. A propane fireplace, in the treehouse. Big parking area 6-10 cars. Tobogganing on front lawn, (our house is on a hill) Bring your toboggan although we have a few. Excellent biking. Brings your bikes. A short walk (5min)to the right of our property will take you to a river and you can walk in the water for a long ways,it is not very deep and is a very peaceful and an enjoyable experience! And if you turn left on our property, you will walk about ten minutes( 0.8 km)and there is a park called Calls Mills, make sure you walk to the very end of our road( soles rd )you will see stage coach rd , do not turn right or left , cross the street and keep walking straight until you see the sign Calls Mills , you take a short hike through the woods and you will end up at some waterfalls, they are not too powerful so you can swim there ,it is a very beautiful serene place. Bring your wine and enjoy the tranquility, rarely do we see anybody there, this park was donated to the town by our neighbor when she passed away so not to many people know about ( a hidden gem! ) Guest access Hiking, Skiing and cross country skiing, river. House and Tree house is located approximately between Mont Sutton ski and Bromont Ski, a short drive to both. Down hill mountain biking, Water Park in Bromont. Our neighbor works and skies at mount Sutton and says it’s exactly 15min drive from here to the top of the Sutton hill. We are only a ten minute drive to IGA, SUPER-C and WALMART. Other things to note Tree House is heated and controlled with an electric heater and a propane fireplace and an electrical heater with 2 thermostats There is a carbon-dioxide detector and a fire detector in the treehouse as well as in the house. Please review all the rules for the spa and the treehouse. We do accept pets but there is a extra charge. But you must agree to our rules. Your pet cannot sleep on any of our beds in the house or treehouse. Your dog must always be on a leash outside as we have had complaints from our neighbours. Please enter the correct amount of people, we keep some of the bedrooms locked, we only charge $20 extra per night ,per person to pay for the extra time it takes to have our cleaning lady wash the sheets and towels and especially clean the spa, then we open them up.
