A popular place to stay in Homer, right off the ocean, conveniently located close to the Homer Spit and downtown. The Bears Den is a cozy cabin that is a perfect Alaskan experience! Queen-sized bed, full bathroom, and limited kitchen facilities. Located the waters edge convenient to Homer township and the Homer Spit with all its tourist attractions. (Please note that it is on the bluff above the water but the view is limited due to where the cabin sits) No direct access to the beach from the property - but a great beach 1.7 miles away. Please note that the 'kitchenette' is limited. We do provide a microwave/cups/plastic utensils for the convenience of take-out food but do not have a full kitchen as there is no sink for washing dishes. The setup is very similar to a hotel room as far as amenities and size. This cabin is on the same property as another larger cabin that sleeps 6. You have your own private entrance & space, but do know that the lot is shared. 2 parking spaces in front of the cabin. Available by phone, text, or email. Tucked away in the trees, w/ a short path to the edge of the bluff with incredible views of the bay and mountains. Access to wonderful beaches just a couple miles away. Conveniently situated between downtown and the Homer Spit. 10-minute drive to all the best Homer has to offer— hiking, shopping, beaches, and dining. Due to the size and location of the cabin, there is no fire pit.
