Family vacation in an old merchant house in Ples

A house is rented in the historical district of Ples - Zarechye. Built in 1917, restored. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet, washing machine, gas stove with electric oven, microwave, fridge, TV. The area is 80 sq. m. Two floors: on the first floor there is a bathroom and a bedroom, on the upper floor there is a warm veranda with a sofa, a kitchen with a stove (not used), a bedroom. The windows overlook the Volga, which is 50 meters away. On the other side is the church from Levitan's painting "Over Eternal Rest". The nearest neighbors are the Ikra restaurant and volgaextreme. There is a terrace with a roof in the yard. The space Russian merchant house of 1917, stone foundation, the house itself is wooden. The stove in the kitchen has been preserved (not in use now). Here you can feel the country atmosphere of Ples, where many Russian artists lived and worked. Guest access The guest has access to all the specified rooms of the house and all the utensils.
