Nestled in rolling hills of Vista, we are 15-20 mins from the beach. Our neighbors have a rooster so you will hear the pleasant crow in the morning & occasional dusk crow. Definitely the best of both quiet mountain living & quick drive to the sand. A walk away from our local park & outdoor theater, Brengle Terrace Park &Moonlight Theater. You can hear the musical rehearsals, performances, & events from the open air stage but not after 10:30pm. Located between Legoland and the Safari Park The space A 2011, 20’ Pacific Yurt sits in the backyard of my 1300 sq ft. house on a quarter acre! That’s a lot of land! No longer do you have to wait to go to the outskirts of Oregon or Alps. You can experience what is called by yurt enthusiasts, as “living in the round”, on your visit to San Diego. *NEED A LONGER TERM STAY? JUST ASK. WILL CONSIDER FOR THE RIGHT FIT. An open studio, Moroccan styled round space, equipped with Keurig, larger mini fridge, microwave, kettle, radiator heater for the cold and AC for the heat. Little modern seating area & WiFi for remote workers & board game play, it’s like tiny home meets elevated camping. *NOTE: YOUR BATHROOM IS STEPS AWAY INSIDE THE MAIN HOUSE, NOT IN THE YURT ITSELF. **PLEASE READ “OTHER THINGS TO NOTE” SECTION BELOW FOR FULL UNDERSTANDING OF THIS LISTING. Guest access Check In instructions and House Manual have all the details you need from your separate entrance, where to park during your stay, bathroom access, and how to make the yurt comfy for your stay. Other things to note Listed as “Entire Place” because the yurt & private bathroom are completely yours. The grounds are a common area, since I do live in the main house in front.
