Lovely Lakeside lodge for families and friends

A tastefully decorated New England Style Lodge in an idyllic setting positioned between two fishing lakes in the Cotswold Water Park. The lodge is located in exceptionally well manicured grounds providing a varied selection of free activities for all staying on site. Paddle Boarding, Kayaking, Rowing and Fishing on both Windrush and Isis Lake. Dry Land activities include tennis courts, croquet, table tennis, children's play area, boule, volleyball/badminton net, small sandy beach areas. The space Our home from home lodge benefits from three bedrooms, the Master with en suite shower. Double bedroom with guest z-bed (more suited to a child) if required and twin bedroom. The main bathroom has bath with shower. Downstairs there is a cloakroom with toilet and basin. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob and fan oven. The utility area houses the washing machine. The lodge is open planned, patio doors give access to the decking and the stunning views over the Lake. Catch sight of the jumping trout, the wildlife and the possibility of a rainbow in the fountain on a sunny day. Whilst out on the decking you can lounge or dine alfresco on our patio furniture or take the patio set out onto the grass to enjoy more open space or be closer to the lake. Sun loungers and a patio umbrella, gas BBQ are also readily available. Indoor games, CDs, DVDs, Bluetooth speaker, Wi-Fi, smart FreeSatTV are available to keep you entertained in the lodge, table tennis bats, tennis and badminton racquets, boules, croquet hammers for enjoying the onsite facilities. We have compiled a handy information pack in the form of a Guest Book Guest access Car Parking on site is free and guests should park in the gravel bays just a few metres away from the lodge. Parking is not available directly outside our lodge it is for drop off and loading only. Stagecoach buses running every twenty minutes stop outside the site entrance taking you to Cheltenham, Cirencester the Capital of the Cotswolds and Swindon via the local village South Cerney. As well as the stunning landscaped area of Isis and Windrush Lakes there is easy access to the villages of the Cotswolds including Bourton-on-the-Water, Lechlade, Stow-on-the-Wold and Cirencester the Capital of the Cotswolds. Many Lakes offer a variety of Water Sports from Fishing to Water Skiing. Walking, Archery, Cycling, Paint balling for those wishing to stay on dry land. From a 10-minute walk to 25-minute walk from the Lodge you can find pubs, cafes, brasserie, take aways, supermarkets. Both Isis and Windrush Lakes are set in the stunning Cotswolds Water Parks an area of 40 square miles with more than 170 lakes set across the countryside of Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and West Oxfordshire. Other things to note We have always cleaned to a high standard All site activities are available to use free of charge with exception of table football and pool in the games room where you will require £1 coin. Sorry no pets allowed in the property as on occasions we will have wildlife sitting just outside our decking Check out is at 11:00 am unless otherwise arranged. Check in is from 4:00pm. A text/message with the key safe code will be sent once the property is available. The fountains on the Lakes are only on during summertime 7am to 7pm to oxygenate the water. NO swimming is permitted in the Lakes Buoyancy Aids to worn at all times when out on the water. Non motorised boats only on Windrush Lake. Fishing is from the designated fishing platforms only with national rod license and site permit.
