Guests have access to the whole barn. Sarah greets guests when they arrive, but can leave a key in a secure place for late arrivals. The barn is yours for your stay with us. I live 1/2 mile away so can be contacted if needed. I also check the hot tub regularly during your stay. Very quiet and peaceful with lots of stunning walks from the barn. There is a great pub within walking distance which does excellent food & the barn is only 3 miles from the market town of Aylsham. A car is advised as public transport isn't great in the countryside! During School holidays we only accept breaks of seven nights or more. Please note that the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled with fresh water so may not be up to the required temperature on arrival, but should be usable by late evening. There is one neighbouring property.
