You can enjoy: Community swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and for the little ones Private garden with lawn and outdoor area for sunbathing Porch with outdoor dining area, perfect for outdoor dinners Lounge with air conditioning, comfortable sofa, Tv area and indoor dining room Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning: One with a double bed and private terrace with panoramic views Another with two single beds Moreover, there is a sofa bed (160x200 cm) in the living room for 1 or 2 children It has 2 complete bathrooms with shower and toilet, as well as a private parking space for two vehicles.
