Golden Hour Cottage on the Hill

Tucked away on a peaceful country road, this charming cottage-style guest house sits on a hill with sweeping views of the countryside. The space NO PETS - Unfortunately, we have severe allergies to pets that makes us sick for days. We are only 7 minutes from downtown Corning - located on a dirt road. You will be amazed by the views when you leave Corning's city limits. There is only 1 bedroom in the house - and the bathroom is connected to this bedroom. The 2nd bed is located in the loft, accessible by ladder as shown in the photos. Both beds are queens. We do not have a stove or oven in this space as it is meant for tiny house living. We will provide 2 burner hot plates, George Foreman, toaster, and a skillet. Make cooking fun and different for your stay here by having a Korean BBQ (or any other fun ideas you can come up with) at the table while overlooking the gorgeous rolling hills from the big windows! This is a guest house which is next to our house. An outdoor space is in the works - but wanted to get this on the market for any last minute Wineglass Marathoners needing a place to stay. Parties/gatherings are prohibited as this is a quiet country neighborhood. Guest access The whole house. Other things to note There is no stove. Hot plates, skillets, toaster, George Foreman grill is available for use. Coffee machine will be provided with ground coffee. The loft is ladder access only. The 2nd bed is up that ladder. NO PETS - Unfortunately myself and family members who use this house regularly are severely allergic to both cats and dogs that makes us very sick for days.
