The efficient kitchen feels surprisingly spacious, filled with natural light. Compact yet full of character, this cottage is a true gem in the heart of Brainerd. The space As you enter the main level, you’ll immediately see the living room and stairs leading to the upper level. The dining room is adjacent to the living room, and a half bathroom is conveniently located nearby. The kitchen features an additional small dining table and connects to the laundry room. From the laundry room, a door leads out to the fenced-in backyard. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for the primary bedroom closet. A two-drawer dresser is provided for your convenience. The basement is not available for guest use. Other things to note We provide a grill for all guests to enjoy, complete with a supply of gas for your convenience. Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. PARKING: Off-street parking is available, or you can park in the back next to the garage in a designated spot marked with a Mighty Home sign. Please note that during winter, parking on streets is prohibited until they have been plowed and cleared of snow.
