Just message us to check availability. 💕 Other things to note 🕑 Check-in: 2:00 PM 🕛 Check-out: 11:00 AM • Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated with extra charges depending on time and availability. • Pool access (Please wear proper swimming attire) • Pool schedule is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM - ₱150 per person (regular days) - ₱300 per person (holidays) • No hanging of clothes in the balcony. • 300php fee for additional guests/visitors after 2pax. ₱2,000 PENALTY will apply if these two rules are NOT FOLLOWED. ⚠️Avoid cooking strong-smelling food in the unit, as we want to keep the space fresh for the next guests. ⚠️No smoking allowed inside the unit. We kindly ask all guests to respect this rule to keep the space fresh and comfortable for everyone. • We do love pets, but unfortunately, pets are NOT allowed in the unit. • Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Let’s be considerate of other residents. • Pay parking is available within the premises on a first-come, first-served basis. Rates may vary and are paid directly to the building. Alternatively, you can park at a nearby mall for a more affordable option. • Clean as you go.
