The space The apartment features a double bedroom with a comfortable armchair placed next to the window, perfect for reading in total peace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table for four, ideal for preparing and enjoying typical dishes made with local ingredients. The space also includes a spacious bathroom, where a large bathtub with shower is framed by a beautiful brick arch that adds a touch of rustic charm. The renovation preserved the original shapes and materials of the building, creating private and welcoming interiors that reflect the atmosphere of traditional Tuscan homes, with wooden furniture and exposed beams. At the heart of the estate, there is a large swimming pool, perfect for cooling off in summer, relaxing at sunset, or spending a peaceful evening under the stars, surrounded by olive trees, woods, and vineyards.
