Home in Moorpark

Country Living! A restful quiet place in a bamboo garden. I have had people from all over the world stay here and I welcome them all. I just expect guests to accept my dogs. They are big, young, but really friendly. This is a country environment with animals all around: horses, alpacas, cats and dogs, chickens, peacocks, coyotes, mockingbirds, etc. Sometimes they can be heard at night. Very little traffic and no street lights, The space The room is upstairs, with a full size bed and very large shared bathroom across the hall There is a fold- up desk available, which makes it good for long term stays. Lots of different varieties of bamboo and organic fruits and vegetables in the gardens. There is also a meditation garden in cool bamboo shade and an indoor exercise pool. Guest access Guests have access to the full house, including kitchen, indoor heated pool, living room with tv and all outdoor spaces Other things to note For guests who want a unique creative stay, there are workshops available in my attached studio. I teach workshops in woven tapestry, marbling and batik, silk painting, and other fiber arts. Contact me if you are interested.
