Bald Eagle Bungalow

The Bungalow is a roomy, nicely renovated space easily accessed from rts 80/99. Only 25 min to State College and Altoona. There is a queen bed in the bedroom. One sofa in the living room converts to a king bed (see photos). Currently I have a twin mattress stored in the bedroom. It can be placed in the living room for an additional person. Full kitchen with electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, pod coffee maker. Dining room with access to a small deck. Fully functional outhouse see pics. The space Turn into the shared driveway from Route 350 (Tyrone Pike) direction across from the Dollar General. Go past the small blue house (which I also own) and head towards the carport to the left of the Bungalow. Enter the property thru the screened in porch with a nice seating area. Currently a coded lockbox is mounted on a support near the door. You enter a push button code and then pull down on the top button to open the box in order to access the front door key. Please keep the key in the box once the door has been opened. You go thru the front door into the living room. There is a fireplace but it cannot be used at this time. The laundry room is to the right. Next on the right is the full bathroom with walk-in shower. Continuing on you find the fully stocked kitchen. Behind the kitchen is a small dining room. The backdoor leads to a small deck which over looks a peaceful backyard with a small stream at the edge of the property. There are multiple sheds which at this time are not available to guests. As you come out of the kitchen and turn right thru the living room, the bedroom is to the right of the fireplace. Guest access All areas inside the main house, the screened in front porch, back deck, and yard may be used by guests. Please do not try to access the sheds or the back door entrance to the basement.
